The Standing Policy Committee on Property and Development, Heritage and Downtown Development will receive a 236-page report by the University of Winnipeg’s Institute of Urban Studies at its meeting on June 13th titled “City of Winnipeg Comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment”. The report calls for the City to take on a greater role in addressing affordable housing needs.
